  • When will I get my order?

Since ours is a small studio, our  production capacity is also very limited so even though we try to keep always some items in stock, many times we run out of inventory and it might take from 2 – 4 weeks to have the item ready to ship. We will communicate with you to keep you in the loop. You can always contact us through email

  • I received my order but I found the piece broken, what do I do?

We pack all of out items very carefully to make sure they will arrive in good shape but if it happens please take a snapshot of the broken piece in the box. That will be very helpful to file a claim with the P.O. After that is done, we will replace your item at no cost as soon as possible or we’ll reimburse you the cost of the item. Contact us within 24 hours to process the claim

  • Are this pieces dinnerware safe?

Most of our glazes are dinnerware safe, especially those that will be in contact with food. However I would recommend not to use the Microwave on these pieces too often. The glaze would start crackling over time and that would make the piece fragile and unsafe.

  • Could they be washed in the dishwasher?

Except for the saltshakers everything else, Absolutely! I’ve tried them and so far it works perfectly. Always follow the dishwasher’s instructions and don’t overload it. The saltshaker can only be cleaned on the outside with a damp cloth. On the inside is keeping the salt and cannot get wet, otherwise it will clog which defeats its purpose.

  • Can I personalize the item?

Yes you can but it has to be ordered with enough time in advance. We recommend about 4 – 6 weeks before. Fill in this form and we will respond within the next 24 hours
